The First Round Promise
This puppet has one job: get a reaction. If it does not earn its place within 30 days of delivery, the first round is on us — email us once and we refund your order. Read how it works before you buy; transparency is the point.
Who qualifies
All of the following must be true:
- You bought directly from this website. Purchases from marketplaces or resellers are not covered.
- You are a first-time claimant. One promise claim per person, household, payment method and shipping address — lifetime.
- You claim within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking, with your order number.
How to claim
- Email punchpups@herofitbox.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and one or two sentences on what fell flat.
- We reply within one business day. For defective or dead on arrival units we ship a replacement immediately — no return needed.
- For flopped-gift refunds we may ask you to return the puppet; return shipping is paid by the customer. The product price is refunded — original shipping is not.
The fine print
- Claims outside the 30-day window, or without an order number, cannot be honored.
- The promise covers disappointment and defects — not damage from misuse (it is a plush puppet, not a training bag for adults at full power).
- This is a voluntary promise from the brand. It is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable law or our standard return policy.
- We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.
Recommended for ages 14 and up. AA batteries required and not included. Reactions vary by room; laughter is expected but not medically guaranteed.
